About



We have three beachside apartments.Two beautifully designed seaview apartments and one very cool & cozy beach studio.

They are located in Zandvoort right in front of the sea and next to the dunes. Gentle ocean breezes, sunlight reflecting

the waves and endless sandy dunes is what you will get.

It will be your own private beachhouse. Comfortable, luxurious and just half an hour from Amsterdam.

Once you arrive, let the healing powers of the ocean embrace you with miles of sand and sea just outside the door.

The apartment (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your apartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea.

It will comfortably fit two people. The apartment has a cozy living room with (smart) TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The living area has a breathtaking view over the ocean

with big glass doors that you can open up completely. It has a comfortable sofa that easily fits two people. There is a (smart) TV, a dining table with two chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge with a small freezer and combi oven.

The kitchen is fully equipped. We have a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee cups for the first morning as well as (herbal) tea.

There is a milk foamer, a toaster, different pans for cooking, cutlery, (wine) glasses, coffee and tea cups etc. There is a dishwasher, combi oven / microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

with a shower, a toilet and a sink with the big drawers underneath. We provide you with towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as two

Ocean studio

The studio (23m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. Relax and hide away in this luxurious, small studio. It comfortably fits two people. The studio has a stylish living space with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed,

perfect WIFI and bathroom with separate toilet.

You have a small private patio with dining table & chairs. One dog is very welcome.

This is the perfect ocean studio for your beach holiday. The studio does not have a free parking spot please see below for info on parking.

The bathroom is small but has it all; a big shower, a sink and a towel drying heater. The toilet is separate.

There are towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We will as well provide you with two

luxurious bathrobes.

The patio is super nice and cool in summer, it has a dining table and two chairs. You will have the ultimate privacy and feel completely hidden and secluded in your beach getaway.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT



The check in is after 15 o'clock and the check out is before 11 o'clock.



PARKING



Both apartments have a private parking spot on the property right next to the apartments. The studio does not have a private parking spot however you can park on the street in front of the house or in the parking area right behind the house called P De Zuid. The costs are 15 euro a day / 35 euro per week. The costs for parking on the street are 3,50 euro per hour / 30 euro per day.



DOGS



Dogs love it here, we allow one dog per accommodation. Please bring his/her own bed. From October 1st to April 15th, dogs are allowed on the beach all day. Otherwise before 09:00 and after 19:00 o'clock. Do you want to take your dog to the beach anyway? You can! On the beach past Parnassia in Bloemendaal aan Zee, all of the beach is assigned an off leash area. We also have a dog friendly area in the dunes behind the house.

There is a milk foamer, a toaster, differten pans for cooking, cutlery, (wine) glasses, coffee and tea cups etc. The diswasher and combi oven / microwave are only in the appartments not in the studio.



BABY / TODLER SERVICE



The accommodation is perfect for traveling with babies or small kids.

We have a baby bed with sheets available please let us know in your reservation so we can prepare this.



room cleaning



We have an amazing cleaning team that will make sure the accommodation is impeccable. We will provide extra garbage bags, toilet + kitchen paper, washing caps for the dishwasher.



what to do


Long beach walks, explore the Kennemer dunes, we have superfood dune walks, you can book (kite) surf lessons, deer spotting, yoga, mountainbike trail, visit the F1 circuit, organise a day trip to Amsterdam or Haarlem. In spring you can see the beautifull flowers on the flower route. Options are endless. For the best tips and latest tips I recomend visiting the website of instagram of Liefs uit Zandvoort



restaurants



On the beach we have lots of very nice restaurants for breackfast, lunch and dinner. They are open from March untill November. Our favorite is heading over to South beach with restaurants like Bodhi beach for amazing vegetarian friendly food, Manii beach is fantastic for Asian food. Paal 69 for the best parties and old school beach vibe. Fosfor for the best of everything. In the village we recomend Local Bistro for French cuisine or Cafe Neuf for cosy comford food. For breakfast and lunch Noble tree cafe and for take out sandwiches de Kaashoek, best coffee in town is at Bluezone.



(public) transportation



We have a train station in Zandvoort that will take you direct to Amsterdam CS (30 minutes) or Haarlem (15 minutes). There are also busses from Amsterdam or Haarlem. For more info on public transportation please check 9292 or download the NS app.

In Zandvoort the best transportation is by (rental) bicycle or walk. The accomodation is about 15 minutes walk from the village and 5 seconds from the beach.

There are several bike rentals in Zandvoort. All reliable companies that offer bicycles of all types. Often, all you need is an ID and a deposit. The rental companies will usually provide you with free information about possible routes, but you can also find a lot of information on visit zandvoort. Bike rental companies we recommend are Behind the Beach Bike Rentals or Wijsman Fietsen.



This is a very nice, clean and beautifully decorated place right in front of the beach. It is towards the end of the town, so rather quiet and still only a short walk from the town‘s center. Everything was clean and we felt like home. We will definitely come back! :)

We loved our stay at the Ocean Studio! The location was absolutely perfect, the beach was literally just a 1 min walk. The studio was cozy and had everything we needed even a welcome gift! Right behind the house is the dunes and we saw many deer there just walking by. Definitely will come back here!

Wer mit seinem Hund reisen will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Unterkunft sieht wie auf den Bildern aus und ist sehr gemütlich. Der Strand ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und ist wunderschön für Spaziergänge (mit dem Hund) geeignet. Auch für Paare oder Singles super geeignet für Kurz- und Langtrips. Gerne wieder :)
