Payments, cancellation & restitution
Payments can be made in the following ways:
- Credit card
- Ideal
- etc
Reservations are only final when payment has been received.
The following cancellation policy is applicable on all of our reservations:
Cancellations up to 48 hours after booking are free of charge if your check-in date is at least 14 days after cancelling.
Cancellations after 48hours will be charged for 50% if at least 14 days before check-in date. Within 14 days before check-in date the whole reservation will be charged.
House rules:
Your appartment is a smoke free zone. Smoking outside is permited. 1 dog is allowed per appartment.
Liability:
The tenant is liable for all damage caused to the apartment during his stay.
BeachHouse Zandvoort is not liable for any damage caused to the tenant, unless there is gross negligence or intent on the part of BeachHouse Zandvoort or the persons engaged by them. The liability is in any case limited to the amount of the invoice with a maximum of one invoice amount or, if and insofar as there is an insured loss, to the amount of the sum actually paid out under the insurance. BeachHouse Zandvoort is not liable for damages to third parties, nor does it compensate indirect damage, consequential damage and loss of profit or turnover.
Privacy Policy:
BeachHouse Zandvoort cares about your privacy. Our policy is to respect the privacy of the guest in terms of the information we collect from the visitor on our website.
BeachHouse Zandvoort only requests personal information if we really need this information to serve the guest. We collect personal information fairly and ask the guest's permission first. We also let the guest know why we collect personal information and what happens to it.
Personal information that BeachHouse Zandvoort receives from the guest is: First name, surname, telephone number, address, email address, payment details, information about stay, date of arrival and departure, special requests, comments, information provided by the visitor with regard to the preferences concerning marketing communications.
At all times, we inform the guest how we process personal information. BeachHouse Zandvoort does not provide information to third parties without the visitor's permission.
We keep the personal information for as long as necessary to serve the guest well. The data we need is well protected to secure against any loss or theft. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required we are legally required to.
The guest is entitled to ask BeachHouse Zandvoort to refuse personal data. If this is the case, BeachHouse Zandvoort may not be able to provide the guest with the desired services.
